DUCK STOP REWARDS PROGRAM RULES

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

These Duck Stop Rewards Program Rules (“Program Rules”) govern participation in the Duck Stop Rewards Program (“Program”) available through the Duck Stop Pro application and participating Duck Stop Travel Center locations.

These Program Rules supplement the Duck Stop Pro Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Program Rules shall govern matters relating specifically to rewards program participation.

1. Program Overview

Duck Stop Rewards is a customer loyalty program that allows eligible members to earn, track, and redeem rewards and promotional benefits through participating Duck Stop locations and digital services.

Program benefits may include:

■Reward points

■Digital coupons

■Promotional offers

■Food rewards

■Fuel rewards

■Receipt-based rewards

■Birthday offers

■Limited-time promotions

■Member-exclusive pricing

■Referral promotions

■Other promotional incentives offered by Duck Stop

Program benefits may vary by location and may change at any time.

2. Membership Eligibility

Participation is available to individuals who:

■Maintain a valid Duck Stop Pro account;

■Provide accurate account information;

■Comply with these Program Rules;

■Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Duck Stop may limit, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

Only one rewards account may be maintained per individual unless expressly authorized by Duck Stop.

3. Earning Points

Members may earn points through qualifying activities, including:

■Eligible purchases

■Promotional campaigns

■Receipt submissions

■Referral programs

■Bonus point events

■Other qualifying activities designated by Duck Stop

Point earning rates may vary based on:

■Product category

■Store location

■Promotional period

■Membership status

■Other factors determined by Duck Stop

Not all purchases qualify for rewards.

4. Excluded Purchases

Certain purchases may not earn rewards points, including where prohibited by law or determined by Duck Stop.

Examples may include:

■Taxes

■Fees

■Gift cards

■Lottery products

■Tobacco products

■Alcohol purchases

■Money orders

■Financial services

■Fuel purchases associated with specific promotions

■Other excluded categories

Excluded categories may change without notice.

5. Point Posting

Points generally appear shortly after qualifying transactions.

Processing times may vary.

Duck Stop does not guarantee immediate posting.

If a transaction is:

■Refunded

■Voided

■Reversed

■Determined to be ineligible

associated points may be removed from the account.

6. Receipt Submission Program

Where available, members may submit receipts to earn rewards or participate in promotions.

By submitting a receipt, you represent that:

■The receipt is authentic;

■The purchase was completed by you;

■The receipt has not been altered;

■The receipt has not previously been submitted;

■The information provided is accurate.

Duck Stop reserves the right to reject any receipt submission.

Receipt submissions may be reviewed by automated systems and authorized personnel.

7. Fraud Prevention

The following activities are prohibited:

■Altering receipts

■Submitting duplicate receipts

■Using another person’s receipts

■Creating multiple accounts

■Manipulating rewards balances

■Exploiting technical issues

■Abusing promotions

■Circumventing program controls

Duck Stop may investigate suspicious activity and take corrective action.

8. Rewards Redemption

Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards offered through the Program.

Available rewards may include:

■Food items

■Beverage items

■Fuel discounts

■Store merchandise

■Promotional rewards

■Digital coupons

■Other rewards selected by Duck Stop

Reward availability is not guaranteed.

9. Coupon and Offer Rules

Digital offers and coupons may:

■Have expiration dates

■Be limited in quantity

■Be restricted to specific locations

■Require activation

■Require minimum purchases

■Be subject to additional restrictions

Offers generally may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Duck Stop reserves the right to modify or cancel offers at any time.

10. Reward Expiration

Rewards, coupons, offers, and promotional benefits may expire.

Expiration dates will generally be displayed within the application.

Expired rewards are forfeited and will not be reinstated except where required by law.

11. Point Expiration

Duck Stop reserves the right to establish point expiration policies.

If implemented, expiration rules may be based upon:

■Account inactivity

■Program participation

■Promotional requirements

■Other criteria determined by Duck Stop

Applicable expiration periods will be communicated through the Services.

12. Reward Value Changes

Duck Stop may change:

■Point earning rates

■Point redemption values

■Reward requirements

■Available rewards

■Promotional structures

Such changes may occur at any time.

Points do not create a vested property right.

13. No Cash Value

Except where required by law:

■Points have no cash value;

■Rewards have no cash value;

■Coupons have no cash value;

■Promotional benefits have no cash value.

Points and rewards are promotional benefits only.

14. Account Audits

Duck Stop reserves the right to audit any rewards account.

During an audit, Duck Stop may:

■Verify purchases;

■Verify receipts;

■Review transaction activity;

■Adjust balances;

■Reverse rewards;

■Remove improperly awarded points.

Audit determinations are final.

15. Suspension and Termination

Duck Stop may suspend or terminate participation if:

■Program Rules are violated;

■Fraud is suspected;

■Account information is inaccurate;

■Abuse of the Program occurs;

■Required by law.

Upon termination:

■Points may be forfeited;

■Rewards may be canceled;

■Coupons may become invalid;

■Membership benefits may cease immediately.

16. Program Changes

Duck Stop may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.

This includes changes to:

■Point values

■Rewards

■Promotions

■Eligibility requirements

■Participating locations

■Program structure

Duck Stop may provide notice of material changes but is not obligated to do so.

17. Program Termination

Duck Stop reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time.

If the Program is terminated:

■Points may be forfeited;

■Rewards may expire;

■Promotional benefits may cease immediately.

18. Limitation of Liability

Duck Stop is not responsible for:

■Lost rewards;

■Expired rewards;

■System outages;

■Delayed point posting;

■Technical errors;

■Unauthorized account access.

All program decisions made by Duck Stop are final.
